T.K. Toppin's Lancaster series ends with a bang.

In The Lancaster Rule, the first book of T.K.'s trilogy, Josie awakened after 300 years asleep in a pod to find an incredibly changed world, one that had been held under the iron rule of the Lancasters for a very long time, one in which "sleepers" such as she were anathema. Then she met John, the youngest Lancaster man, a new ruler with vitally different ways from his father and grandfather.
First as his prisoner, then as his lover, she learned to live in this new world. In book two, The Master Key,
Josie becomes John's wife and wants desperately to unlock the past, hoping to find someone of her own blood. She learns to fight and when chaos reigns--to win--to save those she has come to love in this future century. Now, in the dramatic final volume, The Eternal Knot,
she's unable to resist the lure of finding her niece. With her old friend and savior, pod-hunter Quin Aguilar at her side, she seeks out Fern Betterncourt who is assumed to be have been sleeping for over a hundred years. But has she? And will Fern want to be found? And will finding her be enough to bury the ghosts that haunt Josie? Can she bring herself to destroy her last remaining family in order to save herself and her husband? The Eternal Knot, the final chapter in the Lancaster trilogy. Will Josie finally rest in peace in the new future she lives in?
